Caesar Chicken Pasta Salad

This is a very good recipe from our Weight Watchers book. The portions are a little bit bigger than originally called for.

Caesar Chicken Pasta Salad

Servings 4


  • 4 cups skinned roasted or cooked chicken breasts (such as Tyson’s)
  • 4 cups cooked penne about 8 ounces uncooked tubular-shaped pasta, cooked without salt or fat
  • 3 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • ¾ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  • ¾ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup fat-free Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 ½ package 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced


  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Toss well and serve.
