Miso Glazed Asparagus
We discover this recipe after both of you left home, but we have served it when you have been back visiting. Very delicious!
Miso-Glazed Asparagus
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1 tablespoon light miso paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Non-stick spray
Spray a large tin pan with non-stick spray. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer in the pan. Spray with non-stick spray and sprinkle with the pepper. Roast the asparagus, shaking the pan occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the miso and lime juice in a small bowl. Remove the pan from the oven. Toss the asparagus with the miso mixture. Bake the asparagus until tender and glazed, about 3 minutes.
