Ingredients

  • 10 lb ham (Honey baked is best)

Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
  • Cloves

Directions

  • Set oven at 425F.
  • Stir together egg yolk, sugar and mustard.
  • Spread the mixture over the ham.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Poke cloves evenly into the entire ham.
  • Put in oven and bake until golden brown.
  • Serve cold with Swedish mustard on the side.
