- 10 lb ham (Honey baked is best)
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- 2 – 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 – 3 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
- Set oven at 425F.
- Stir together egg yolk, sugar and mustard.
- Spread the mixture over the ham.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Poke cloves evenly into the entire ham.
- Put in oven and bake until golden brown.
- Serve cold with Swedish mustard on the side.
